Descrição: WHEN IT COMES TO INNOVATION: TILLAGE OF THE SOIL USING A BURIER HELPS TO COMPLETELY AVOID PLOWING AND ALL SUCCESSIVE PASSES ON THE SOIL USING HARROWS OR ROTARY TILLERS AND GRADERS, AND WHAT IS MORE, IT ALSO BURIES STONES, WEEDS, CORNSTALKS AND ANY RESIDUES FROM PREVIOUS CROPS. Technical Presentation of REMAC STONES Burier Since 1990 we have been manufacturing this machine, which was designed to remove all surface stones and plant residues in just one pass. Core of this machine is its rotor equipped with blades, and comprising special implements that rotate counterclockwise throwing stones, soil, weeds and debris against the selection grate that sorts material by density. Coarse heavy material falls into the furrow created by the tillage depth of the rotor and is covered with finely tilled soil, thus forming a perfect seedbed with no hard pan. The selection grate serves as a sieve allowing the operator to work in particularly demanding situations. Its vibrating motion ensures constant cleaning of and between the blades also in wet and moist soils, thus allowing the soil to continuously and smoothly pass through. Furthermore, the possibility to adjust its height enables the user to deeply till while absorbing less power. Tillage depth may be adjusted from 10 to 30 cm (3.9 to 11.8 inches), according to models, by means of special adjustment side screws. In soils with stones greater than 30-35 cm (11.8–13.8 in) in diameter, prior, manual or mechanical, stone clearing is required before starting work. Uses of this stone burier include the creation and maintenance of green areas, horticulture, preparation of horse-riding fields and golf courses, land reclamation and inter-row grassing in vineyards, orchards and tree nurseries. The wide range of accessories to complement the stone burier and the system used for manufacturing these machines make REMAC STONE stand out not as a common stone burier, but as a modular machine that meets the agronomic requirements of the time, yet allowing for an increased versatility and life of the equipment. REMAC STONE can also be used to till not-plowed soil due to the following reasons: 1- The rotor works in reverse rotation compared to conventional rotary tillers. 2- Tillage is done by lifting the soil from the bottom upwards, without compressing it down. It works by a similar principle to a digging machine, the only difference being that it sieves and buries clods, stones and plant residues in a single pass obtaining a refined, non-compacted soil in good tilth for easier sowing or transplanting, while increasing at the same time the degree of soil drainability. 3- A conventional rotary tiller works the soil by digging it down at a working speed that varies according to its degree of fineness; consequently, on clayey soils and soils that do not contain organic matter, rotary tillers cause a greater soil compaction resulting in a decreased drainability. 4- The improvement of agronomic results obtained using our REMAC STONE system allows us to say that our machines have led to a better management of soil and sown or transplanted crops by significantly decreasing harvesting time: “Three days earlier for picking radishes and 5 to 6 six days earlier for salad” on a plot of land tilled by REMAC STONE. These results were highlighted by some tests and studies conducted at international agronomic research centers comparing REMAC STONE with other machines, such as rotary tillers, bed formers and power harrows, on the same plot of land. 5- All the above-mentioned reasons have eventually enabled us to position our equipment at a high qualitative level, in terms both of reliability during tillage phases and results obtained after sowing or transplantation. For these good reasons, a number of farmers in different Countries have switched to REMAC STONE system today, abandoning the previous method using plow and rotary tiller. At present, our line of products ranges from the small machine for public parks and gardens to large machines for intensive vegetable and cereal crops (with or without seed drill).
